Gastroenterology Position | Ohio Valley | Outside of Pittsburgh | $650k+

An academically affiliated medical center is seeking a General Gastroenterologist to join its growing regional GI program serving the Wheeling, West Virginia market. As the health system integrates several established gastroenterology practices into a unified regional service line, incoming physicians will benefit from strong leadership, significant clinical autonomy, and the chance to help shape the future of gastroenterology across the region. -$650,000 guaranteed base salary with productivity incentives
-Existing physicians commonly produce 10,000–15,000 wRVUs annually
-Bread-and-butter gastroenterology practice with no ERCP, EUS, or advanced endoscopy requirements
