GENERAL & SUBSPECIALTY GASTROENTEROLOGY OPPORTUNITY – LA CROSSE, WISCONSIN

 

A nationally recognized, physician-led health system is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join its established and growing practice in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The incoming physician will join a collaborative Gastroenterology program with the resources of a large integrated health system and opportunities to incorporate subspecialty interests.

 

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS

• Currently 1 Gastroenterologist and 5 APPs

• General Gastroenterology will be a component of the practice based on community needs

• Subspecialty interests welcomed, including motility, hepatology, inflammatory bowel disease, and pancreatic disease

• Practice includes outpatient clinic, endoscopy, and hospital consultative services

• Well-established hospitalist program

• Clinic, endoscopy suite, and hospital all located at one location

• Strong surgical, oncology, and radiology support

• On-site radiology includes MRI, CT, fluoroscopy, nuclear medicine, and interventional radiology

• On-site infusion center

• Integrated EMR and imaging system across locations

• Dedicated physician workstations in procedure locations

• Physician-led, stable organization focused on quality, outcomes, and patient satisfaction

• J-1 candidates welcome; visa assistance available

• Strong integration and collaboration with Gastroenterologists throughout the broader health system

• Potential for blended clinical, consultative, research, and teaching activities depending on physician interests
