Full-Scope Gastroenterology Opportunity with Flexible Practice Options

We’re seeking a Gastroenterologist with three (3) flexible career paths: hospital employment, joining one of (3) established groups, or launching your own solo practice with an income guarantee – all in a physician-friendly environment with strong referral support and the autonomy to build your career your way.

Practice Highlights

Join a respected health system with 1,600+ employees, 200 physicians, and 50+ years of community trust
Full-scope Gastroenterology practice (EUS/ERCP not required)
Hospital employment, (3) established groups, or solo practice
4.5-day workweek, split your days in half between the clinic and procedures
State-of-the-art facilities with onsite labs, imaging, and procedure rooms
Robust support staff and referral network

Compensation & Benefits

$650K+ Compensation: base salary + production
Production bonus: 60% of collections
Proven potential of over $1.5M annually
$75,000 sign-on bonus
$30,000/year student loan reimbursement
