High Guaranteed Base Salary
High Guaranteed Base Salary
- Lucrative Incentive Model: wRVU threshold 6,815; Conversion Factor $75.90
- Forgivable Loan: $155,181 total over 3 years (10% of base salary annually)
- Generous PTO: 40 days (320 hours) annually
- CME Support: $3500 for single boarded; $5000 for double boarded physicians
- Relocation Bonus: Up to $15,000
- Full Benefits: Health, dental, vision, retirement, malpractice with tail coverage
Practice Highlights
- Clinic & OR Balance: 2.5 clinic days + 2 OR days per week
- Clinic Volume: 15–20 patients/day
- OR Cases: 3–6 per day, wide variety including laparoscopic, GI, trauma, and bariatric procedures
- Procedures Include: Colonoscopy, EGD, appendectomy, lap chole, bowel resection, hernia repair, trauma surgery, gastric bypass, gastric sleeve, and more
- Advanced Practice Provider Support
- Call: 1:3 rotation (10 days/month) – with flexibility in clinic scheduling during call weeks
