Employed General Surgery | EPIC | 1:5 Call | 1 hour from Raleigh NC

Position Highlights:
• Join a collegial and employed team of four General Surgeons at a 280-bed UNC community hospital also serving as a regional referral center for the surrounding areas.
• Services include abdominal, breast, colorectal, hernia, hemorrhoid, gallbladder, pancreas, liver, endoscopy, vascular access, amputations, and wound care. Required experience in breast surgery (lumpectomies and mastectomies).
• A cutting-edge facility featuring Epic EMR and advanced technologies, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, and Da Vinci XI robotic systems. Low-acuity trauma with a 1:5 shared call.
• Financial package includes a 451K base salary plus production and quality incentives with 500K+ proven income.
