Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday through Friday 8 AM – 5 PM (No Call Coverage and Closed on all Major
Holidays)
Assignment: 3 to 6-month minimum with possibility to extend
Job Details
Average daily patient load: Providers see on average 20+ patients per day
1) Can provider treat all ages? If age restriction applies, please provide age range
2) Is provider willing and able to perform well woman exams including breast exams?
Must hold Current Alabama License
Must be BC/BE
Clean Record is a plus but does not disqualify
EMR (no scribes available): Epic
