- Located in a retirement community just outside of the Villages, FL
- Strong Guarantee, No production or counting wRVUs
- 4.5-day work week, no weekends, no unassigned call
- 8-12 ppd, with a total patient panel of 600 to 800 per provider
- 20 days PTO year one (increases by 1 day with each year of employment), 8 paid holidays, 5 days CME
- Patients are adult only, mostly geriatrics
- Over $100k in bonuses, relocation, and comprehensive benefits package with a 401K match
