Job Description
- Join a thriving and dedicated group of Primary Care doctors, several Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants practicing in North Central Ohio

Practice Details:
- Brand new state of the art facility
- Walking into an established panel with a great community reputation
- 4 day week option
- Average patient volume around 20 patients per day with built in "ramp up" period
- No night or weekend responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits:
- 2-year salary guarantee around $260K-280K+ (negotiable), plus RVU productivity bonus
- $300-$350K+ proven income first year
- $125K in recruitment incentives
