Job Description:

Full-time physicians will earn $360K for first-year EM residency graduates and new hires
In the second year and beyond, annual compensation can increase up to $420K (which includes the annual performance incentive)
Work an average of 36 hours scheduled per week for 44.3 clinical weeks a year (1595 scheduled clinical hours)
The benefit package is extensive and includes an annual CME stipend of $3,000 for full time physicians, paid ACEP dues, family health and dental insurance, paid sick time, disability insurance, retirement plan with a hospital match and more
Receive 7.7 weeks/year paid as vacation, holiday time or CME time
All emergency physicians are covered by the hospital’s malpractice plan, with the tail paid by the hospital
