- Responsible for managing 300 cases annually (hearts & valves), including being in the OR, harvesting veins, rounding on patients, and taking call with a flexible schedule
- Exceed 90th percentile with a generous base salary commiserative w/experience + paid call
- Five (5) weeks of PTO
- Hospital has the largest structural heart program in the state
